South Elgin High School is part of ILMEA District 9. The District 9 Band Festival takes place at Dundee-Crown High School. The District 9 Jazz Festival takes place at a local high school in District 9. ILMEA All-State takes place in Peoria, IL at the Peoria Civic Center.
